Aviso "GRILLE"

Hitler's private yacht GRILLE, which was tied up on the other side
of the jetty from Troubridge (Xmas -1948 in Beirut).

Radio Operator Dave Wallace actually spent a day onboard her with the Chief Tel, Alfie Perrin,
using Grille's workshop specialist machinery to repair some of their radio equipment. 
They were well treated and given a couple of meals and a fully conducted tour of the Yacht,
It's wireless office was great with fantastic equipment.
